The company signs direct agreements with its growers, cutting out commercial intermediaries. Thanks to this short supply chain, it agrees a stable purchase price with farmers well in advance, guaranteeing dignity for farm labour and properly contracted employment to combat exploitation.

For more than six years, a photovoltaic system covering the production plant (Buccino, Cilento, in the province of Salerno) has met 60% of the company's energy needs. The tomato harvest is mechanised and the work is done under regular contracts. Every product is traceable on the blockchain through VeChain: growing and processing data are accessible via a QR code on the My Story™ DNV platform.
