You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This form supplements the statutory model withdrawal form (Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU); you may also use that form or any other unequivocal statement.

For durable goods, the withdrawal period runs for 14 days from the day you (or a third party you name) take physical possession of the goods. We will reimburse all payments received, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery we offer, within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable foodstuffs or to sealed goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene.
